What is LIVE Fan Club?
Fan Clubs allow LIVE creators to connect directly with eligible fans, providing a way for fans to support LIVE creators' popularity on TikTok. As a member of a Fan Club, you can interact with LIVE creators in chat rooms, receive reminders when creators go LIVE, and complete missions to earn points and collect rewards.
How to join a Fan Club
You can join a Fan Club by watching a creator's LIVE and sending that LIVE a Heart Me Gift. Once you've sent the Gift, you'll be automatically added to their Fan Club.
To join a Fan Club:
1. In the TikTok app, go to a creator's LIVE.
2. Choose one of the following options:
༚ Tap the Fan Club button next to the creator's name, then tap Send Heart Me and join. You must be following the creator to use this option.
༚ Tap Gift at the bottom, then select Heart Me. Tap Send, then tap Send to join.
What are levels in Fan Club?
Fan Club levels allow fans to unlock various perks. As you complete missions to gain fan points and increase your level, you'll receive rewards and access exclusive Gifts to send to creators' LIVE streams.
You can complete the following missions to earn points:
• Watch a creator's LIVE.
• Leave comments in the LIVE chat.
• Send Gifts to a creator's LIVE stream.
Note: Available missions may vary depending on your location.
To keep your fan status, you must earn points within 7 days of the creator going LIVE, otherwise it will automatically pause. We'll send you a reminder if your membership is close to being paused.
What are rewards in Fan Club?
As a Fan Club member, you can collect rewards for earning points and leveling up. As you move to higher levels in Fan Clubs, you'll receive rewards such as:
• Access to a creator's exclusive chat room.
• Special Gifts to send during a LIVE.
• Member badges displayed next to your username in the LIVE.
• Entrance spotlights that highlight your username when entering a LIVE.
• Level-up celebrations announced during LIVE.
