What is the Creativity Program Beta?
The Creativity Program Beta is a rewards program designed to help creators foster their creativity and generate higher revenue potential through high-quality original content.
How does the Creativity Program Beta work?
The Creativity Program Beta rewards eligible creators based on the performance of videos that meet the Program requirements. Rewards are calculated based on qualified views and revenue per 1,000 qualified views (RPM). Creators will accumulate more rewards as their videos keep performing well.
Creators already enrolled in the TikTok Creator Fund—in eligible regions—can switch to the Creativity Program Beta, but once enrolled in the Creativity Program Beta, creators will not be able to revert back to the original Creator Fund. Creators not enrolled in the Creator Fund can apply to the program through the app.

How are rewards calculated?
To be eligible to collect rewards under the Creativity Program Beta, your account should be in good standing, post original and authentic content, and once admitted, you should continue to meet all other eligibility requirements during the time you’re part of the program.
Eligible videos will start to collect rewards as soon as they reach 1,000 views. Rewards are calculated based on qualified views and revenue per 1,000 qualified views (RPM):
• Qualified views refer to the legitimate and unique views for the eligible videos that comply with the Creativity Program Beta Terms (see terms for Brazil, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and the U.S). We take a number of factors into consideration to determine qualified views, including video engagement and the authenticity of a view, such as attempts to artificially increase views or interactions.
• RPM refers to the average rewards per 1,000 qualified views. The RPM may fluctuate for several reasons, including the region in which the video is viewed.
Note: Eligible videos posted the day you begin participating in the Creativity Program Beta will be counted towards your estimated rewards.
How to view your rewards
Estimated rewards should appear on your Creativity Program Dashboard approximately 3 days after the day your video views were accrued.

3. Tap Settings and privacy, then tap Balance.
4. Tap Others, then tap Monthly earnings.
Note: The rewards displayed may be subject to change due to deductions for required payments to payment processors and any other adjustment required under our terms and policies. You can refer to the amount received on the 15th of each month (or the amount you're eligible to redeem on the 30th of the month if you're located in Europe) for the final monthly rewards.
How to collect a rewards payment
Your accumulated rewards will be calculated the month after the date the rewards were obtained. If the payable amount meets the minimum payment threshold of $50 USD or equivalent local currency, payments will be made on the 15th of the month and processed to your payout account. You'll also receive an inbox notification about the payment which directs you to the transaction details.
If you're located in Europe and if the payable amount meets the minimum payment threshold of $10 USD or equivalent local currency, you can collect a reward payment for the rewards accumulated 30 days after the end of the month in which such rewards were obtained.
You can also view the transaction details by selecting Transactions from Balance and then tap the reward payment you want to view.
Note:
1. To collect a reward payment, you’ll need to complete the payout account setup and onboarding which may include tax information collection.
2. Reward payments are usually processed within 72 hours if you choose PayPal as your payment method or 15 days if you choose bank account as your payment method. Please note this timeline as financial institutions may withhold the withdrawal amount for an additional period of time at their sole discretion for security review purposes.
3. You may request an invoice for each reward payment you carried out in the Transaction detail area.
4. VAT registered creators must issue a proper VAT invoice to TikTok. To simplify this requirement, if you read and accept the Creativity Program Beta Self-billing Agreement, TikTok can issue the invoices on your behalf. If you're a taxable person, you'll be prompted to complete the self-billing agreement when you make your first reward payment.
5. The payment period may be subject to change.
