What is the TikTok Creator Center?
The TikTok Creator Center is a platform designed to help creators grow on TikTok. As a creator, you can use it to:
• Upload and schedule posts
• Manage your content
• View advanced analytics
• Share feedback
How to access the Creator Center
The Creator Center is available on a web browser with a full suite of tools. You can also access certain key features of the Creator Center in the TikTok app within your creator tools. Learn more about creator tools in the TikTok app.
Note: We recommend that you access the Creator Center on your computer for the best experience.
To access the Creator Center:
Go to www.tiktok.com/creator-center and log in to your TikTok account. You can also get to specific Creator Center sections from the TikTok homepage:
• For analytics: Click your profile photo at the top, then select View Analytics.
• For uploading videos: Click Upload at the top.
Features in the Creator Center
The following features are available in the Creator Center:
Home
The Creator Center home page provides an overview of your account, including:
• Account analytics featuring key metrics.
• A preview of recent videos you've posted.
• A list of the latest comments on your videos.
Upload
You can upload, edit, and post your videos from this section. Uploaded videos must be:
• In MP4 or WebM file format
• 720x1280 resolution or higher
• Up to 10 minutes in length
• Less than 10 GB
Once uploaded, you can add or adjust the following:
• Caption: Add captions to your video.
• Cover: Select a cover image for your video.
• Who can watch this video: Choose who can watch your video.
• Allow users to: Allow others to Comment, Duet, or Stitch with your video.
• Run a copyright check: If selected, we'll check your video for copyright infringements on used sounds. If infringements are found, you can edit the video before you post it.
Posts
This section is designed to help you review and manage all of your published and scheduled posts. You can sort and view your videos, edit privacy settings, and bulk delete videos.
Comments
Manage and interact with comments that people posted on your videos. You can also filter up to 30 days or search for comments to make them easier to find.
Keep in mind that the comments section doesn't include community-flagged or blocked comments.
Analytics
Get a complete view of your account analytics through the following categories:
• Key metrics: Account performance
• Content: Individual video metrics
• Followers: Demographic view of your followers
Feedback
Provide feedback on the Creator Center and share your experience as a creator. We'll use your feedback to continue to make improvements.
Creator Academy
The Creator Academy is an education hub where creators can learn more about optimizing their content on TikTok. The academy features resources including articles, videos, and other insights.
