If you're not logged in:
1. In the TikTok app on the login screen, tap Use phone/email/username.
2. Select Email/Username.
3. Tap Forgot password? to reset your password.
4. Choose to reset password with your phone number or email.
If you're logged in:
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top.
3. Tap Settings and privacy.
4. Tap Report a problem.
5. Tap Account and profile, then Login.
6. Tap Forgot password and follow the steps.
