My email is used on another account


E-mail addresses can only be associated with a single account. If you want to associate your email with a new account, we suggest changing the email address.

To find the account currently associated with your email:
1. Log out of the account.
2. Go to your profile by tapping
Me.
3. Tap
Sign up.
4. Tap
Log in at the bottom of the page.
5. Select
Use phone /email /username.
6. Choose
Email / Username.






Changing the account email


To change the email associated with the account:

1. Go to
Me.
2. Tap
... , located on the top right corner.
3. Choose
Manage Account > Email.
4. Verify your current email address to link a new one.






My phone is used on another account


Phone numbers can only be associated with a single account. If you want to associate your phone number with a new account, we suggest changing the account phone number or deleting the account that is currently associated with your number.

The deleted account will be deactivated for 30 days and then erased permanently. After that, the phone number will become available to connect to your new account.

To find the account currently associated with your phone number:
1. Log out of the account.
2. Go to your profile by tapping
Me.
3. Tap
Sign up.
4. Tap
Log in at the bottom of the page.
5. Select
Use phone / email / username.
6. Choose
Phone.






Changing the account phone number


To change the phone number associated with the account:

1. Go to
Me.
2. Tap
... , located on the top right corner.
3. Choose
Manage Account > Phone Number.

Note: Both the old and the new number associated with the account must be active and verified.
