Can you use the same email on multiple TikTok accounts?
Since your email address can only be associated with a single TikTok account, you can't use the same email address to create additional or multiple accounts. If you want to make a new account, use a different email address or change the email address associated with your existing account.
Keep in mind:
• You can reset your password if you're having trouble logging into your TikTok account.
• If you delete your TikTok account that is currently associated with your email address, it will be deactivated for 30 days and then erased permanently. After 30 days, you can connect that email to a new account.
To find the email address associated with your TikTok account:
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top.
3. Tap Settings and privacy.
4. Tap Account.
5. Tap User Information, then tap Email.
How to add, change, or remove your email on TikTok
You can add or change your email at any time from your account settings, and remove it when you've provided an alternative method of logging into your account.
We recommend that you always add a mobile phone number to your account to help you gain access to your account in case you ever lose access to your email. Adding your phone number to your account may also allow you to strengthen your account security with 2-step verification and improve and personalize your ad experience.

To add an email address to your account:
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top.
3. Tap Settings and privacy.
4. Tap Account, then tap User Information.
5. Tap Email, enter your email address, then tap Send code to verify your identity.
6. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
To change the email address associated with your TikTok account:
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top.
3. Tap Settings and privacy.
4. Tap Account, then tap User Information.
5. Tap Email, then tap Change email and enter the verification code sent to your current email.
6. Enter the new email address on the next screen, then tap Send code and enter the verification code sent to your updated email.
Note: Since we send verification codes to your email, both the old and the new email address associated with the account must be active and verified.
To remove the email address associated with your account:
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top.
3. Tap Settings and privacy.
4. Tap Account.
5. Tap User Information, then tap Email.
6. Select Unlink email, then tap Continue to unlink.
7. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
Can you use the same phone number on multiple TikTok accounts?
