To reset a password while logged in: 
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top.
3. Tap Settings and privacy.
4. Tap Account, then tap Password.
5. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

To reset a password while logged out:
1. In the TikTok app, tap Sign up.
2. Tap Log in at the bottom of the page.
3. Select Use phone / email / username.
4. Choose Email / Username.
5. Tap Forgot password?
6. Choose to reset your password with Phone number or Email.

Important things to know:
• If you joined TikTok using another social media account, you'll need to reset the password from that platform.
• Once you update your password, you'll be logged out of your TikTok account on all other devices. This means that if anyone is logged into your account, they'll no longer have access and will need to log back in using your new password.
