What is AI Alive on TikTok?
AI Alive lets you turn your pictures into videos using text prompts. You can upload AI Alive videos to your Story to share with others.
How to create an AI Alive video
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap your profile photo. You can also tap your profile photo from your inbox or from the For You and Following feed.
3. Take a photo or tap the Upload button to add a photo from your device.
4. Tap the AI Alive button on the side panel.
5. Enter a text prompt or select the default one, then tap the Continue button. If it's your first time using AI Alive, you'll need to grant the app access to generate your video.
6. From here, you can:
༚ Tap Your Story to upload the video to your Story. You can also tap the AI Alive button on the side panel to regenerate your video with a new prompt or turn AI Alive off with the Apply AI Alive setting.
༚ Tap the AI Alive button on the side panel, then tap Stop generating if you no longer want to generate your AI Alive video.
Important things to know about AI Alive videos:
• Your AI Alive video may take about one minute to generate, but you can use other features on TikTok while you wait. We'll notify you when your video is complete.
• You can access completed AI Alive videos, as well as those that are being generated, from your drafts or notifications.
• AI Alive drafts will expire after 7 days.
