Check your account status
You can check the status of your account to troubleshoot any questions or concerns you may have about your account standing or the performance of your posts.
You can review the following account issues:
• Login: Restricted from logging in
• Posts: Restricted from posting
• Comments: Restricted from commenting
• Profile: Restricted from editing your profile
• Direct messages: Restricted from sending messages
How to check your account status
To check your account status:
Creator tools
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top, then select Creator tools.
3. Within More tools, tap Account check.
Settings
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top, then select Settings and privacy.
3. Tap Report a problem.
4. Tap Account check.
Safety Center
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top, then select Settings and privacy.
3. Tap Support.
4. Tap Safety Center.
5. Tap Account check.
If there is no issue, you'll see a checkmark next to the feature or post. If there is an issue, you'll see a warning sign instead.
