How to report an account • Report an impersonating account
You can report an account for violating our Community Guidelines. Violations of our Community Guidelines might include:
• Impersonating another account.
• Creating an unsafe environment on TikTok.
• Posting sensitive and mature themes.
How to report an account
To report an account:
In the TikTok app:
1. In the TikTok app, go to the person's profile.
2. Tap the Share button at the top.
3. Tap Report.
4. Tap Report account.
5. Select a reason for the report and tap Submit.
For TikTok on your web browser:
1. On TikTok, go to the person's profile.
2. Tap the More options button at the top.
3. Tap Report.
4. Tap Report account.
5. Select a reason for the report and tap Submit.
Report an impersonating account
To report an account that is pretending to be someone else, please use the following forms:
• Accounts in the USA.
• Accounts outside the USA.
