Report an underage account on TikTok

TikTok is available for people aged 13 years and older (or other ages in certain regions as indicated in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service). People located in the United States that are under the age of 13 may create an account to access a TikTok experience that's specifically designed for them. If you believe someone on TikTok is under the age of 13 or has an account that isn’t in the age-appropriate mode (if located in the U.S.), please report it to us.

To report a suspected underage TikTok account:
1. Go to the person's profile on TikTok.
2. Tap the Share button at the top (or click the More options … button on a web browser).
3. Select Report.
4. Select Report account, then select User could be under 13 years old.
5. Select Submit.

Or, if you're located in the United States:
1. Go to our online reporting form.
2. Select the topic Report an underage user.
3. Enter the account information and click Submit

For parents and guardians

If you're a parent or legal guardian and you'd like TikTok to delete the account of your child under the age of 13, you can contact us through our online reporting form. However, if you're located in the United States, you must contact us through this privacy webform.
