TikTokYou can adjust your ad preferences to make the ads you see on TikTok more relevant to you.
From the TikTok app
1. Tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top, then select Settings and privacy.
3. Tap Ads.
4. Tap How your ads are personalized, then choose your ad preferences:
༚ Gender: TikTok infers your gender for ad-serving purposes. To change this, select a gender from Female, Male, or Custom.
༚ Topics: TikTok infers topics you're interested in for ad-serving purposes. To manage these topics, tap a topic then choose your preference: Interested, Not interested, or No preference. You can make your selection on all topics or individual topics.
From a web browser
1. Hover over your profile at the top, then click Settings.
2. Click Ads.
3. Click Manage inferences, then choose your ad preferences:
༚ Gender: TikTok infers your gender for ad-serving purposes. To change this, select a gender from Female, Male, or Custom.
Keep in mind that any changes you make to how your ads are personalized may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account.
