Posting content from a movie or TV show
When you post content from a movie or TV show, we'll automatically add a link to your video. Viewers can use these links to:
• Find out more about the movie or TV show.
• Watch TikTok videos linked to the movie or TV show.
• Get tickets to see the movie if it's playing in theaters, or watch the movie or TV show if it's available online.
• Save the movie or TV show to their Favorites.
Movie and TV show links
When we detect that your post contains content from a movie or TV show, we'll notify you that we've automatically added movie and TV show links to videos you post. You can manage your notifications by turning the Get notified setting on or off.
Important things to know:
• You can turn off the Authorize movie and show links setting at any time.
• You can always remove a link in the video's settings, if you believe the link was attached incorrectly.
• New movie and TV show links won't affect existing links on your video.
