What is Creator Search Insights?
Creator Search Insights provides you with personalized information on topics people are searching for on TikTok. You can use this information to create content based on popular searches and track how your posts are performing.
To access Creator Search Insights:
1. In the TikTok app, tap the Search button at the top.
2. Search "creator search insights" and tap View at the top of the search results.
To learn more about Creator Search Insights, tap the More options … button at the top, then tap the Help button.
Exploring topics
You can browse topics that are frequently searched for on TikTok and discover topics that may be lacking in content.
To view popular search topics on TikTok:
1. Open Creator Search Insights using the above steps.
2. Use the filters such as Content gap or Searches by followers to explore suggested and trending content. You can also enter what you're looking for in the search bar, then tap Search.
3. Tap a topic to see its search popularity, related videos, and searches.
Note: You can use the Searches by followers filter when you have more than 1000 followers.
Search analytics
You can check how your posts are performing in search results on TikTok.
To access search analytics:
1. Open Creator Search Insights using the above steps.
2. Tap Search analytics.
3. Tap All posts to view the overall performance of your posts, or tap Inspired posts to view posts you've made from topics found in Creator Search Insights.
4. Select your desired date range. You can select from the last 7 days, 14 days, or a custom date range.
To find out more about your analytics, tap the Learn more button next to All posts.
To create a post in Creator Search Insights:
1. Go to Creator Search Insights.
2. Find a topic you want to create a post for. From here, you can:
༚ Tap the Create post button next to your desired topic.
༚ Select a topic, then tap Create at the bottom.
3. Create your post.
To save a topic in Creator Search Insights:
1. Open Creator Search Insights.
2. Find a topic you want to save. From here, you can:
༚ Tap the Favorites button next to your desired topic.
༚ Select a topic, then tap the Favorites button at the top.
You can see all of your saved topics by tapping the Favorites button at the top of Creator Search Insights.
Create a post in Creator Search Insights
To create a post in Creator Search Insights:
1. Open Creator Search Insights.
2. Find a topic you want to create a post for. From here, you can:
༚ Tap the Create a video button next to your desired topic.
༚ Select a topic, then tap Create at the bottom.
3. Create your post.
