Using TikTok on Apple Vision Pro
You can use TikTok on your Apple Vision Pro to explore the wide variety of content and stay connected with the TikTok community. Download the TikTok app from the App Store to sign up or log in. For more information on getting started, visit Apple Support. Learn more about Apple Vision Pro on Apple.
After you log in to the app on your Apple Vision Pro, you'll land on the For You feed. From here, you can explore the app using these navigation options:
For You
Pinch your fingers and swipe up to explore videos.
Menu
Look at the navigation menu on the side to expand and explore all menu options.
Home
Look at and pinch the Home button to go to the For You feed.
Search
Look at and pinch the Search button to go to the search page. Select the search bar and enter what you're looking for, then select Search.
Profile and Settings
Look at and pinch the Profile button to go to your profile. Select the Settings button at the top to go to your settings.
TikTok features on Apple Vision Pro
The following TikTok features are available on Apple Vision Pro. Keep in mind that some features may be limited to the TikTok app on mobile devices.
Exploring videos
When you select any of the buttons, the original video will keep playing while moving to the side, and a new window will show next to it. Meanwhile, you can keep browsing videos on the side. Select the Close button at the top to hide the creator's profile and return to the video.
Profile
Select the creator's profile photo to go to their profile. If you're not following the creator, you can select the Follow button at the top.
Likes or Liking
To like a video, select the Like button on the side of the video. The Like button will change color from white to red. Select it again to remove your like.
Comments
Select the Comments button on the side of the video. Select the comment bar and enter your comment, then select Send.
Favorites
To add a video to your Favorites, select the Favorites button on the side of the video. The Favorites button will change color from white to yellow. Select it again to remove it from your Favorites.
Sharing
Select the Share button on the side of the post to share it with others through text, AirDrop, or email.
Sound
Select the Sound button on the side of the video to find information such as the song title, the creator(s) of the sound, and the number of videos that use this song. Select any of the thumbnails to play the video in a side panel. The currently playing video will have a Watching label on its thumbnail.
