What is Series on TikTok?
Series offers exclusive and premium video packages produced by creators. Access to Series is available to purchase through the creator's profile and links attached to TikTok videos.
How to access Series from TikTok
You can purchase access to a Series through the creator's profile or from a TikTok video if the creator has attached a link.
To purchase Series access from a creator's profile:
1. In the TikTok app, tap Series on the creator's profile.
2. Tap any Series you'd like to purchase.
3. Scroll to view the list of videos in the Series. Your purchase will include access to all the videos listed in the Series.
4. Tap Purchase and follow the instructions provided to complete payment.
To purchase Series access from a TikTok video:
1. In the TikTok app, tap the Series link above the creator's username on the TikTok video.
2. Scroll to view the list of videos in the current Series. Tap View all Series if you'd like to see a list of all the creator's Series. Your purchase will include access to all the videos listed in the Series.
3. Tap Purchase and follow the instructions provided to complete payment.
How to watch a Series
Once you have completed payment, you'll be able to watch videos in the Series.
To watch a purchased Series:
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu button at the top, then select Series.
You can also access purchased Series from your notifications, favorites, and the creator's profile.
How to rate a Series
You can submit ratings for purchased Series. Ratings are published on the Series' page.
To submit a rating:
1. Go to the Series you'd like to rate.
2. Tap the Menu button at the top, then select Rate this Series.
3. Select a rating.
4. Tap Submit to complete.
How to request a refund for a Series
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund for a TikTok Series within 14 days of your purchase, provided you haven't viewed more than 25% of the Series. Additionally, you may request a refund if the Series is removed by us for violating our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
To request a refund:
1. Go to the Series you want a refund for.
2. Tap the More options button at the top, then select Request refund.
3. Select a reason for the refund request, then tap Submit.
4. Tap Confirm to complete.
Once submitted, your request will then be reviewed and you'll be notified when your refund is approved. Once you request a refund, you will no longer be able to watch the Series.
Keep in mind:
• We reserve the right to provide you with a partial or full refund in accordance with the Series terms.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• It may take up to 30 days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on the original payment method you used to make the purchase.
