What is Series on TikTok?
Series offers exclusive and premium video packages produced by creators. Access to Series is available to purchase through the creator's profile and links attached to TikTok videos.
How to purchase access to Series
You can purchase access to a Series through the creator's profile or from their TikTok video if the creator attached a link. Your purchase includes access to all of the videos listed in the Series.
From a creator's profile
1. In the TikTok app, tap Series on the creator's profile.
2. Tap the Series access you'd like to purchase.
3. Tap Purchase, then follow the steps to complete the payment.
From a TikTok video
1. In the TikTok app, tap the Series link above the creator's username.
2. Tap Purchase, then follow the steps to complete the payment.
How to watch a Series
Once your payment is complete, you'll be able to watch videos in the Series.
To watch a Series:
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top, then select Purchased content.
3. Tap the Series you want to watch.
You can also access Series content from your notifications, favorites, and the creator's profile.
How to rate a Series
You can submit content ratings at the top of the Series.
To submit a Series rating:
1. Go to the Series you'd like to rate.
2. Tap the More options ... button at the top, then select Review this Series. Keep in mind that you must purchase access to a Series before you can rate it.
3. Select a rating. You also have the option to write a review.
4. Tap Submit to complete.
How to request a refund for a Series
If you're not satisfied with the content, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, as long as you haven't viewed more than 25% of the Series. You may also request a refund if the Series is removed by us for violating our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
To request a refund for a Series:
1. Go to the Series you want a refund for.
2. Tap the More options ... button at the top, then select Request refund.
3. Select a reason for the refund request, then tap Submit.
4. Tap Confirm to complete.
Once submitted, we'll review your request and notify you when your refund is approved. After you request a refund, you'll no longer be able to watch the Series.
A few things to know about requesting a Series refund:
• We reserve the right to provide you with a partial or full refund in accordance with the TikTok Series Terms of Sale.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
• It may take up to 30 days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on the original payment method you used.
