What is TikTok Shop?
On TikTok Shop, you can browse and purchase products directly within the app from your feeds or in the Shop Tab. To make purchases, you must be 18 years or older (or adhere to the local age requirement).
If you're located in Indonesia, our e-commerce business operates as ShopTokopedia.
Note: TikTok Shop is only available in the TikTok app.
How to buy on TikTok Shop
You can make purchases on TikTok Shop directly from the Shop Tab, your feeds (For You, Following, Friends, and LIVE), and search results.
From the Shop Tab
1. In the TikTok app, tap Shop.
2. Browse content to shop or search for your desired item.
3. Tap an item to get more details about the product.
4. Tap Buy now, then follow the steps to make the purchase, or tap Add to cart to continue shopping.
From your feeds
1. In the TikTok app, go to a post that contains a link to a product.
2. Tap the shop link above the creator's nickname.
3. Tap Buy now, then follow the steps to make the purchase, or tap Add to cart to save it for later.
From a search
1. In the TikTok app, tap the Search button at the top.
2. Enter what you're looking for in the search bar, then tap Search.
3. Tap Shop at the top.
4. Tap Filters to sort through and refine your search results. Tap Apply after you select the filters.
5. Tap an item to get more details about the product.
6. Tap Buy now, then follow the steps to make the purchase, or tap Add to cart to continue shopping.
Keep in mind that you can go to your shopping cart at the top of the Shop Tab to check out at any time.

1. In the TikTok app, tap Shop.
2. Below the search bar, scroll across and tap Help to enter the TikTok Shop Help Center. From here, you can:

༚ Tap Other issues and select a topic. Follow the steps to resolve the problem.
3. If the suggested answers don't resolve your issue, scroll down and tap Contact us to chat with us.
