You can make reservations such as hotels and dining, redeem vouchers, and more with various businesses through TikTok. You can find these services in posts tagged with participating businesses, and depending on your region and type of service, you can purchase them directly in the app or through a third-party partner.
Note: Some services may not be available everywhere.
Purchase third-party services
You can tap a participating business that's tagged on a post to get more details such as reviews and photos, and make a purchase. After you've completed your purchase, we'll send you details on how to view and track your order.
A few things to know:
• In order to power these services, third-party partners will share your purchase details with us. They may also share certain data, such as your browsing history on their websites and applications, to improve recommendations of relevant products and services on TikTok.
• We don't share your personal information without your permission, except when necessary to complete certain transactions, such as refunds.
• Third-party partners are solely responsible for any goods or services you purchase through TikTok and any subsequent customer support.
• You must follow our Terms of Service, policies, and guidelines, as well as the terms set by our third-party partners.
Purchase and redeem vouchers
You can tap a participating business that's tagged on a post to get more voucher details, such as price, inclusions, and redemption instructions, and make a purchase. Once you make a purchase, you'll receive a QR code to redeem your voucher at the place of business.
Note: If you’re in Indonesia, you’ll be redirected to a third-party partner website or Tokopedia to complete your purchase. Your voucher will still be redeemable in the app.
