You can review and share feedback on purchases you made through ads on TikTok. Purchases may include downloading an app, submitting a lead form, or purchasing through a third-party website.

Important things to know before leaving a review:

• We only accept reviews from customers who have completed a verified purchase or interaction through TikTok ads.
• Inauthentic reviews, whether positive or negative, are not allowed. Your review must be honest and reflect your genuine experience.
• We do not allow incentivized reviews, which include leaving reviews in return for free gifts, vouchers, or other financial incentives.
• All reviews must follow our Community Guidelines.
• Your feedback may be used and shown to others on TikTok.
  
  

How to review your purchase

After completing a purchase or action, you may receive a brief survey. Additionally, we may also collect customer reviews and feedback through:

• In-app customer comments
• Customer reports
• Direct complaints submitted through support channels
