What is PineDrama?

PineDrama is an app designed for consuming short drama content. The app offers a library of short dramas, allowing you to find content that caters to your specific viewing interests. PineDrama is available to people at least 18 years old.

Note: PineDrama is currently unavailable in all regions.

How to use PineDrama

Your TikTok account is linked to your PineDrama account so that you can stay logged in and navigate between the two apps. If you don't have a TikTok account, you can sign up for one directly through PineDrama.

To sign up or log in to PineDrama:

1. Download PineDrama from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Open the app. From here, you can:

• Create a TikTok account, which you can use for both TikTok and PineDrama. Tap Sign up at the bottom, then follow the steps to create a TikTok account.
• Log in using your existing TikTok account.
• Log in through a third-party platform, such as Google or Facebook. Keep in mind that you'll still need a TikTok account if you choose this method.
  
  

Features in PineDrama

The following features are available in PineDrama.

Home

Get to know and explore short drama content:

• Feed: Scroll vertically to discover new content. The feed provides personalized short drama recommendations based on your viewing interests and interactions.
• Content Details: View information about the currently playing video, such as the publisher, video title, and user engagement.
• Episode Navigation: Watch more episodes of a series, select specific episodes, or continue browsing for other content.
• Interact: Engage with content by following creators, liking, favoriting, and commenting on videos.

Discover

Find new short dramas to watch:

• Drama library: Browse a centralized showcase of all short dramas available on the platform.
• Find content faster: Use filters and tags to quickly find content you're interested in.
• Browse categories: Explore all dramas or discover trending content.
• Start watching: Tap a drama's cover to begin watching the full series.

Inbox

View and manage notifications:

• New followers: Receive updates about new followers.
• System notifications: Check for important announcements and account-related messages.

Note: Direct messaging isn't available in PineDrama. You can access your chats in the TikTok app.

Profile

Manage your account and view your activity:

• View your stats: See your account information, including your nickname, accounts you're following, your followers, and total likes.
• Manage your content: Access tabs showing the short dramas you have published and the content you have favorited. This content is synced with the corresponding sections of your TikTok account.
• Settings: Access settings via the icon in the top-right corner to:
• Manage your account (View info, log out, delete account).
• Set your preferred language for the PineDrama app.
• View Terms and Policies.
• Switch accounts or log out.
  
  

A few things to know about your PineDrama account:

• Account sync: To modify your main account information (like your nickname), you must go to your profile page in the TikTok app. All changes made in the TikTok app will sync to PineDrama.
• Account status: Please note that changes to your account status in PineDrama (like deleting your account) will also be synced to your main TikTok account.
• Language settings: Language preferences set in PineDrama will not affect your TikTok app settings.
• Feedback & support: If you have any feedback or suggestions for PineDrama, please return to the TikTok app and contact us:
•   1. Tap Profile at the bottom.
•   2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top, then select Settings and privacy.
•   3. Tap Support.
  
  

Manage your account and privacy settings

All your account information and privacy settings are shared between the TikTok app and PineDrama. You can manage them in the TikTok app, and any changes will automatically sync to PineDrama:

• User information: Update the contact information for your account.
• Password: Update the password for your account.
• Security & permissions: Review security alerts and manage security settings, including 2-step verification and trusted devices on your account.
• Privacy settings: Manage settings like your private account status and comments.
• Blocked accounts: Manage the accounts that you've blocked in TikTok. Keep in mind that blocking an account on TikTok also blocks it in PineDrama.
• Download your data: Request to download your data.
• Deactivate or delete account: Temporarily deactivate or permanently delete your TikTok account. Keep in mind that this will remove access to both your TikTok and PineDrama accounts.
