To report a problem:
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top, then select Settings and privacy.
3. Tap Report a problem. From here, you can:
༚ Select a Topic. You might be prompted to select a subtopic within each topic. Follow the instructions to resolve the problem. If the suggested steps don't resolve your issue, tap No to the question "Is your problem resolved?", then tap Need more help? to contact us with further details.
༚ Scroll down and tap Chat with us.
4. Chat with our helpdesk to resolve the problem.
